Nordic Moments AS is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember your choices and to measure how the site is used.

Under the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act and the GDPR, we may only store cookies that are not necessary for running the site if you have given your consent. You are asked about this the first time you visit.

The cookies we use

Necessary

Required for the site to work, and set without consent.

  • nt-consent – remembers what you have consented to, so you are not asked on every visit. Stored for up to 12 months.
  • theme – remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. Stored locally in your browser.

Statistics

Set only if you consent. Used to understand how the site is used so we can improve its content and structure. We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager. IP addresses are processed in truncated form, and we do not use the data to identify you as an individual.

Marketing

Set only if you consent. Used to measure how our advertising performs and to show you relevant ads on other websites. This is done through Google advertising tools configured via Google Tag Manager.

Embedded content

We show YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). This means YouTube does not store advertising cookies before you start a video.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies directly in your browser. Withdrawing your consent has no consequences for your use of the site.

Sharing with third parties

When you consent to statistics or marketing, data is shared with Google, which acts as our data processor for these services. Google may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are made on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell personal data.

Forms and email

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide in order to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to follow them up.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about concerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You may also request restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability.
